Rest.Q Animal Sanctuary is a registered charity that provides permanent housing to over 140 formerly abused, abandoned, and neglected animals.  Rest.Q is a volunteer-run organization that strives to provide exemplary care and a stable home to formerly unwanted pets and livestock.  Education plays a big role in Rest.Q’s work with tours available for visitors, a summer intern program for teens, and a weekly program for at-risk adolescents from the local high school.

 

    

Rest.Q’s mission is to:

1. provide permanent shelter to unwanted animals
   

2. provide temporary assistance to animals in need
   

3. educate the community and visitors about responsible animal stewardship.
